I can’t recommend Nancy enough as a PT! She is extremely encouraging, friendly and helpful both in and out of the gym. The tips/recipes/home workouts meant I stayed motivated to lose weight and I felt really comfortable contacting her between sessions (usually for some calorie checks)!
