Having attended Nancy’s spin classes over the past year or two, my fitness improved markedly yet without much effect on my weight. However, after a few months of dietary advice, calorie control, exercise guidance and most importantly her enthusiastic support (with only a small amount of cajoling) Nancy has managed to help me shed >16 Kg! Not bad for an old geezer with absolutely no willpower.
