As I have my wedding coming up early next year, and like most people find it harder to exercise and stick to a healthy diet over winter months when it’s cold and dark, I wanted to lose some weight and get into a healthy eating and exercise routine over summer. This is where Nancy came in, and she has been absolutely amazing. Nancy uses my fitness pal to track what you eat and is constantly giving advice and ideas to improve diet. She completely understands, though, that we’re all human and have a calorific treat occasionally!
Nancy tracks progress via weekly measurements and although I was on online client, I felt so supported over the 3 months. She is so positive and often gives you that bit of encouragement you need to get to the gym and have a good workout. I am a huge fan of Nancy’s fitness classes too – she manages to make them so much fun and I always leave a Nancy class with a huge smile on my face!
Following my 3 month plan with Nancy, I am more confident in my figure than I thought I’d ever be and I have found so many healthy snacks and meals that I know that I can sustain my current weight.
