Nancy has helped me lose weight and get fit. Her approach is realistic and about making small, sustainable changes, rather than quick fix starvation diets and unrealistic workout requirements. Her advice is evidence-based and scientific and her enthusiasm is infectious! She provides the right amount of accountability and support, without preaching or being overbearing.
