Nancy is an inspiration! I first started doing her Body Attack class at David Lloyd about three years ago. There are not many people who could get me to do 168 jump lunges, so when I was looking to shift some stubborn baby weight, Nancy was a natural choice.
I completed a three month online training programme with Nancy, the main focus being on food as I’ve always quite enjoyed working out. However Nancy looked at what I was doing gym and class-wise and changed a few things round. She gave me at home and gym workouts – although to be honest I prefer classes, so Nancy advised on a wider variety including body pump, which I’d never really got on with before. I’m now doing a wider variety of classes, feeling fitter and stronger.
On the food side, it was a case of slow and steady, with Nancy monitoring my calorie intake via MyFitnessPal. Nancy was always on hand to offer encouragement and I felt very supported. Tracking my food worked brilliantly and I’ve managed to keep the good habits up (mostly!) It was a very sustainable way to lose weight.
If you’re looking for a PT, either online or face to face, I couldn’t recommend Nancy highly enough.
